The staff was very friendly and cute, always greeting guests with smiles, and i noticed how well the rooms are kept. They were spacious and felt luxurious. the gym had modern equipment, i saw several treadmills and stationary bikes. the spa services were great, i really enjoyed the massage.
I found that the room didn't seem as clean as it should have been. There were some crumbs on the floor possibly from a previous guest. it wasn't a major issue, but i expected better attention to detail.

The king room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was a nice touch. there was a sliding door between the bedroom and the tub. the sheets were very soft.

The gym features several treadmills and stationary bikes plus weight machines. the pool area includes about twenty loungers. There is a shaded section as well. multiple dining options were available on site. I tried one restaurant.

the 24-hour service was quite convenient! staff were always available and very attentive to requests, i noticed. turn-down service was a nice touch. i received slippers too.

The presidential suite was great. it had a large bedroom with big windows and a good view of the golf course. the bathroom had a big bathtub. It had all the amenities i needed.
The jacuzzi was cold. Someone tried to fix it, but it stayed cold.

i was impressed with the gym equipment. the pool area was also very well-kept. i found the staff very attentive to my needs . i also appreciated the available multiple dining options on site.
the running toilet in my room was a minor inconvenience. i found i needed to jiggle the push button to stop it.

the gym is equipped very well and i found it excellent compared to other hotel gyms. the indoor pool looked inviting however i did not have time to use it. the hotel offers transport to main tourist attractions.

the room was spacious and offered beautiful views. a housekeeping service was performed daily and included an evening turndown. ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom added convenience and privacy for multiple guests. there was attention to detail throughout.

the HOUSEKEEPING was sleeping at the job, customer service inexistent. i found that the restaurant manager on my first day totally ignored us. our room was only cleaned around 2pm after i had gone shopping, so i returned to a dirty room.
